Services
We provide educational and advisory desk sessions related to futures risk and liquidation calculations using Smart Crypto Calculator PC. Sessions do not constitute investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and account activity.

Intellectual property
Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Neural Networks Digital or its licensors. You may not copy session worksheets for resale. You may keep personal copies of notes we send you after a paid session.
Bookings and conduct
You agree to provide accurate intake information and to behave respectfully during sessions. We may end a session early without refund of the unused portion if conduct prevents productive work.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Neural Networks Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, exchange outages, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the calculator, or session guidance. Our aggregate liability for a booked session is limited to fees you paid for that session.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Neural Networks Digital against claims arising from your trading activity or misuse of session materials.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
