Extended story: evening ETH session

A Causeway Bay client arrived with an ETH-margined perpetual already open in cross margin. During the Futures Risk Review we rebuilt the position in Smart Crypto Calculator PC, isolated maintenance tiers, and marked two liquidation lines — one with current wallet equity, one after a planned add-on. The add-on pushed liquidation inside the client’s own stop zone. They cancelled the add and booked a Buffer Clinic the following week to reset size. No drama, just arithmetic under rain-streaked windows.

Another pass: orientation cohort

A four-seat Desk Orientation in March walked newcomers through entering a sample BTC contract, mis-reading a tick size once (corrected live), and writing assumptions on paper before trusting the screen. Two attendees returned later for individual risk reviews with their own books.
