Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy covers paid desk sessions offered by Neural Networks Digital: Futures Risk Reviews, Liquidation Buffer Clinics, Exchange Setup Checks, and Desk Orientation. It does not cover Microsoft Store software purchases, which follow Microsoft’s own terms.

Deposit

A 30% deposit holds your calendar slot. The remaining balance is due before the session begins. Deposits are refundable according to the timelines below.

Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before the scheduled start: full refund of deposit and any prepaid balance
• 24–72 hours before start: 50% of the deposit retained; remaining deposit and unused prepaid balance refunded
• Less than 24 hours before start, or no-show: deposit is non-refundable; prepaid balance for an unused session may be credited toward a new date within 60 days at our discretion

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the timelines above.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel for operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or a new date. If a session ends early because of our equipment or connectivity failure and cannot continue within a reasonable time, we refund the unused portion or offer a make-up sitting.

Work already started

Once a session has begun and calculator work is underway, fees for that sitting are non-refundable, except where we cancel mid-session for reasons within our control. Written summaries already prepared remain yours.

Materials

Printed worksheets prepared for your session are included in the fee. Custom research ordered beyond the published session scope, if agreed in writing, may be non-refundable once research has started.

Group orientation seats

Group Desk Orientation seats cancelled within 7 days of the cohort date are non-refundable but may be transferred to another named attendee with notice.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank or processor delays outside our control may extend arrival time.

How to request a refund

Email info@neuralnetworks.digital with your name, session date, and reason. Phone +852 2895 8888 for urgent day-of issues. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the outcome in writing.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (severe weather warnings that close Causeway Bay offices, city-wide network failures) allow free rescheduling; refunds follow if no suitable date can be agreed within 30 days.
