Data we collect

  • Booking correspondence and session notes you ask us to retain
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (when analytics cookies are accepted)
  • Cookie consent choice stored in your browser

We do not ask for exchange passwords, API keys, or full wallet seed phrases. Do not send them.

Purposes

We use data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver sessions, send session summaries, improve the site when analytics are enabled, and meet legal obligations.

Where Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we process data for contractual necessity (bookings), legitimate interests (site security and basic operations), and consent (non-essential cookies).

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are kept up to 12 months. Booking and session records are kept up to 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on the cookies page.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, including contractual safeguards where required.

Your rights
